Job summary

IP&E Holdings, LLC. seeks a Delivery Coordinator to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to Customers, and to prepare delivery and compliance documents for drivers meeting DOT standards.

You will receive and schedule orders for fuels and lubricants, determine inventory at Retail sites, and prepare related paperwork including notices to ports and regulators. The role includes backing up terminal operations and driver duties when needed.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of related experience.
• Drivers License for operating heavy goods trucks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule efficient delivery of orders from Commercial accounts (fuels and lubricants).
• Determine inventory at Retail sites and plan deliveries to avoid stockouts.
• Prepare delivery documents (inland, bunkers): invoices, discharge checklists, bunker notice, meter tickets, journey plan, MARPOL form, and relevant regulator notices.
• Input data in the Road Transport Data Log and keep it up to date within 3 days of last delivery.
• Review Drivers Log, duty hours, and driving hours to ensure DOT compliance.
• Monitor Drivers credentials, licenses, and training per DOT and local regulatory requirements.
• Monitor Trucks licenses and permits for DOT compliance and local regs.
• Back up Terminal Operator during Tanker Discharge Operations, Gantry Loading, and related duties; issue Contractor work permits.
• Back up Driver during Gantry Loading and customer deliveries.
• Assist Palau Operations Supervisor in procuring materials by gathering quotes and coordinating with vendors.
• Submit internal and external reports timely.
• Attend operations meetings, trainings, drills & exercises; participate in quarterly emergency drills.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Palau Operations Supervisor.
