Qualifications

• Strong understanding of dispatch and routing principles, logistics software, and transportation management systems (TMS).

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Administration: schedule deliveries, develop routes, assign drivers to ensure timely, cost-efficient distribution.
• Customer Service: respond to inquiries, resolve issues, maintain service levels.
• Resource Optimization: maximize manpower, trucks, storage, and inventory.
• Performance Monitoring: track KPIs such as delivery performance and driver productivity; analyze data for improvements.
• Supervise and coordinate with Operations and Training departments; ensure safety compliance and on-call readiness.
