Job summary

Keystops LLC is seeking a highly organized Fuel Dispatcher to coordinate the transportation of fuel products to multiple locations. You will ensure timely deliveries, maintain accurate records, and communicate with drivers and customers to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes planning, tracking, and compliance with safety regulations while collaborating with internal teams to optimize supply chain operations using a transportation management system.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation planning and logistics.
• Familiarity with freight operations and supply chain management.
• Proficient in data entry and record keeping.
• Experience with shipping and receiving procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory systems such as SyteLine is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for dispatching and customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule transportation of fuel to meet customer demands.
• Coordinate with drivers and carriers for timely pick-up and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs.
• Maintain accurate records of fuel transactions, quantities, locations, and times.
• Communicate with drivers for instructions and updates, resolving issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain operations.
• Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) for data entry and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
