Job summary

7-Eleven in Irving, TX seeks a Fuel Reconciliation Analyst to provide daily support for fuel inventory systems and BOL reconciliation. You will review and fix discrepancies, verify terminal shipments against supplier contracts, and ensure accurate inventory records across stores and tanks.

The role involves analyzing delivery plans, identifying misloads, and assisting with system enhancements and new terminal setups. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in accounting/3-way match reconciliation is a plus.
• Experience in fuel scheduling or fuels accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily functional support for fuel supply inventory management applications.
• Perform daily BOL reconciliation and store inventory reconciliation.
• Analyze and review all exceptions to ensure accurate matching and reconciliation.
• Review warnings to ensure BOLs are lifted at assigned terminals with correct supplier contracts.
• Report misloaded BOLs and initiate correction processes.
• Analyze carrier delivery plans to aid inventory reconciliation and store inventories.
