Job summary

Penmac Staffing is seeking a dependable Fuel Logistics Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational functions of a fuel distribution department. You will monitor inventory, track fuel usage, and reconcile costs with invoices while maintaining accurate fuel records.

This full-time on-site role offers a daytime schedule, with occasional extended hours during fuel weekends. You will enter invoices, upload bills of lading and supporting documents, and coordinate deliveries to ensure

• Strong typing and data entry skills.
• Experience with inventory control preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with ten-key calculator functions.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring fuel inventory levels across multiple locations.
• Tracking fuel usage and ensuring adequate supply levels.
• Reconciling fuel costs with vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Maintaining fuel accounting records within company systems.
• Coordinating and dispatching fuel deliveries as needed.
• Entering fuel and freight invoices accurately and promptly.
• Uploading bills of lading, freight invoices, and supporting documentation to the company server.
• Maintaining organized electronic records and files.
• Assisting with additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
