Job summary

Penmac Staffing is seeking a dependable Fuel Logistics Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational functions of a fuel distribution department. You will monitor inventory, track fuel usage, and reconcile costs with invoices while maintaining accurate fuel records.

This full-time on-site role offers a daytime schedule, with occasional extended hours during fuel weekends. You will enter invoices, upload bills of lading and supporting documents, and coordinate deliveries to ensure

Responsibilities

Fuel Logistics Coordinator

Penmac Staffing has an immediate opening for a Fuel Logistics Coordinator!

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (additional hours may be required during fuel weekends as needed)

Requirements for the Fuel Logistics Coordinator

• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Proficiency with ten-key calculator functions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
