Carson is seeking a dispatcher to monitor fuel inventories and dispatch orders to trucks and drivers in Eugene, OR. You’ll manage logistics, relay information, and coordinate with management to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ dispatch and/or customer service experience preferred (training available).
• Must multi-task in fast-paced environments with accuracy.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation; good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign and dispatch bulk fuel deliveries while monitoring inventory levels via a computerized system.
• Build truck/trailer load plans for drivers using contract specifics.
• Relay truck numbers and customer requests to drivers; communicate clearly.
• Resolve driver obstacles and rack issues; assist with safety concerns.
