You will verify routes using the SMARTLogix Dispatch system, ensuring calls and alerts are properly scheduled and drivers complete routes in the correct order, while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; a two-year degree is preferred.
• Two years of office experience or similar is required.
• Familiarity with the fuel industry is preferred.
• Ability to communicate B2B transactions is required.
• Must have strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily route sheets for drivers and ensure all deliveries are included.
• Review driver route reports to verify proper order and timing.
• Assist in training Mobile Fueling Drivers for quality service.
• Conduct business professionally with a whole-company approach.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls with a professional demeanor.
