Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dispatching, delivery coordination, or logistics support experience.
• Strong knowledge of US transportation and delivery operations.
• Proficiency with delivery tracking software and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and dispatch drivers for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Monitor delivery progress and adjust routes or schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain records of deliveries, driver logs, and incidents or delays in transit.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and transportation laws.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast delivery needs and support continuous improvement.
