Qualifications

• High School Diploma or some college preferred.
• General knowledge of warehouse operations with experience in logistics.
• Experience with routing software and geographic knowledge of the Chicago area.
• Strong sense of urgency and time organization; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Logistics work including routing and coordination with deliveries and pick ups.
• Develop the most cost-effective and efficient routes while capturing service requirements.
• Monitor routes and collaborate with logistics team to gain efficiencies.
• Create daily manifests and reconcile invoices.
• Interface with customers, vendors and internal contacts.
