Job summary

Jubitz-Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to manage daily route sheets for drivers and verify deliveries are scheduled accurately. You will review SMARTLogix Dispatch outputs to ensure routes are completed correctly and on time, while assisting in training Mobile Fueling Drivers for a professional, customer-focused service.

You will handle multiple tasks with precision, communicate effectively with clients, and support the company with various duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree preferred.
• Two years of office experience or similar required.
• Familiarity with the fuel industry preferred.
• Ability to communicate business-to-business transactions.
• Strict attention to detail.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a pleasant phone demeanor.
• Ability to negotiate to a win/win with clients.
• Ability to handle multiple, deadline-oriented tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily route sheets for drivers and ensure all deliveries are scheduled.
• Review route reports in the SMARTLogix Dispatch program to confirm proper order and timing.
• Assist in training Mobile Fueling Drivers for customer-oriented delivery.
• Conduct business professionally and with a whole-company approach.
• Other duties as assigned.
