Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• 3+ years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Formal training in electronics or related fields preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service fuel cells at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to keep the fleet operational.
• Conduct field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades.
• Provide on-call and emergency support as required.
• Purchase tools, equipment, and parts for service needs.
• Travel to customer locations as required and maintain safety in the field.
• Maintain documentation including service logs and incident reports.
