Community Teamwork is hiring a Temporary Client Services Representative - Fuel in Lowell, MA. The role focuses on processing fuel assistance applications, interviewing new applicants, recertifications, and calculating benefits to support households in need.

The position lasts up to six months and requires strong customer service, data entry accuracy, and knowledge of energy programs. It involves coordinating with fuel vendors and assisting with general reception duties as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state and federal background check.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Proficient with basic computer software and data collection systems.
• Night and weekend work may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Process fuel assistance applications for new and recertification.
• Enter data into fuel assistance database and verify documents.
• Notify clients of missing documents and provide referrals as needed.
• Maintain client records for audits and program reports.
• Respond to client issues and negotiate with utility providers to prevent service disruption.
• Document all communications in the CTI system and educate clients on energy programs.
