Community Action Partnership Belknap-Merrimack Counties is seeking a Fuel Assistance Program (FAP) Manager in Concord to lead daily operations within the Energy Department. You will oversee intake, certifications, data collection, and coordination with participants and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; substitution may be allowed with related education and experience.
• Three years of related experience including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations and management of the Fuel Assistance Program in the Energy Department.
• Assist in planning, implementation, monitoring, and fiscal reporting for FAP.
• Provide admin support at offices and centers, including applications, certifications, and data collection.
• Coordinate paperwork and information flow to participants, staff, and vendors.
• Prepare and maintain record-keeping systems and funding requests/reports.
