Job summary

Community Action Partnership Belknap-Merrimack Counties (CAPBMC) is seeking a Fuel Assistance Program (FAP) Manager to lead the daily operations of our Fuel Assistance Program within the Energy Department at the Concord Administrative Office. The role focuses on planning, implementation, monitoring, and fiscal reporting of FAP activities.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate's degree and three years of related experience with supervisory responsibilities, plus strong Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human services, business administration, or related field; substitution allowed per policy.
• Three years of related experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Fuel Assistance Program in Energy Department.
• Plan, implement, monitor, and report on FAP activities and finances.
• Coordinate paperwork, intake, certifications, and data collection.
• Work with vendors and staff to deliver FAP services.
• Support the Program Director with communications as needed.
