Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills with basic software and data collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Process fuel assistance applications for new and recertification cases.
• Conduct application interviews and verify documents.
• Enter data into the fuel assistance database and maintain client records.
• Provide referrals to CTI programs and other services as needed.
