Community Teamwork in Lowell, MA is seeking a Client Services Representative - Fuel to process fuel assistance applications and conduct client interviews for new applicants and recertifications.

You will verify documents, calculate income, enter data into the fuel assistance database, provide referrals, and educate clients on energy programs while upholding CTI values. This role supports families in need and requires strong customer service and confidentiality in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Process fuel assistance applications for new clients and recertifications.
• Enter required data into the fuel assistance database.
• Verify documents and calculate household income.
• Notify clients of missing documentation with a detailed list.
• Maintain client records for audits and prepare program reports.
• Educate eligible clients on energy programs and refer to CTI services as needed.
• Assist with reception duties and appointment scheduling.
