TekCom Resources, Inc. is seeking a strategic Proposal Manager to own the full proposal and capture lifecycle for FTTH/OSP infrastructure bids.

You will set timelines, pull in the right experts, write content, and ensure on-time, professional delivery. Must have telecom FTTH proposal experience and the ability to coordinate with Estimating, Sales, Ops, and Engineering to price correctly while aligning margins and risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing proposals or bids in a B2B services environment.
• Telecom experience — specifically FTTH proposals or programs.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines at once.
• Clear, professional writing—minimal editing needed.
• Comfortable with numbers to coordinate pricing and margins.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Set up the proposal timeline and ensure deadlines are met.
• Read RFPs carefully and build a checklist to cover all requirements.
• Write/assemble the proposal into a single cohesive document.
• Coordinate input from engineers, estimators, and SMEs for pricing and content.
• Lead internal reviews (Pink/Red/QC) and resolve comments.
• Oversee submission, version control, and final file delivery.
• Provide leadership with status updates and flag risks early.
• Analyze outcomes after submission and improve templates/processes.
