Job summary

HBK Engineering, LLC is seeking a Project Manager with telecommunications experience, particularly FTTH, to lead outside plant engineering and design delivery for utility clients. You will own engineering delivery from route planning through permitting, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and strong client relationships across multiple locations.

The role requires 5+ years of telecom project experience, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in coordinating design teams and permitting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 5+ years of relevant project experience in telecommunications.
• Experience with FTTH projects preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams of engineers, designers, and field personnel through design and constructability of utility systems.
• Direct design teams producing OSP construction prints and splice diagrams.
• Drive permitting with DOT and municipal authorities; manage right-of-way and permits.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with clients for status reporting and deliverables.
