Job summary

HBK Engineering, LLC in multiple working locations seeks a Project Manager with telecommunications experience, especially fiber to the home (FTTH). You will lead outside plant engineering, manage route design through permitting, and own project schedule, budget, and client relationships across diverse sites in the U.S. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of relevant project experience preferred.
• Experience in telecommunications and FTTH projects is preferred.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through design, modification, analysis, and constructability of utility systems.
• Direct design teams on underground/OSP construction prints and material bills.
• Drive permitting with DOT, municipalities, and railroad authorities; manage ROW permits.
• Assist in proposals, cost estimates, and contract revisions with clients and sub-consultants.
• Mentor designers and project coordinators; support QA/QC and client standards.
• Travel as required for project requirements and client meetings.
