Job summary

Prince Telecom is seeking a Supervisor Fulfillment Labor Underground to lead a team of FTTH in-home and SMB installation technicians. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and assist dispatch with daily routing while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of fiber optic installation experience, a flexible schedule, and strong customer service skills. Former supervisory experience is a plus, with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year fiber optic or cable installation experience.
• Must hold a High School Diploma or GED.
• Flexibility to work a very flexible schedule.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Handle multiple tasks and last-minute changes.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of FTTH in-home and SMB installation technicians.
• Coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of field staff.
• Coordinate scheduling and assist dispatch with daily job routing.
• Identify problems and communicate solutions to the Project Manager.
• Develop procedures to better organize the team/department.
• Assign duties and responsibilities to technicians.
• Assist in recruitment and training efforts.
• Support warehousing and logistics as needed.
• Maintain operating standards for project reporting and documentation.
• Track performance and resources via spreadsheets and documents.
• Perform quality control inspections and coach issues.
• Interface with customers to resolve complaints after installation.
