Job summary

All Points Broadband is seeking an experienced Manager, Operations to lead the FTTH field operations, including managing a team of Fiber Installers, Surveyors, and Team Leads. You will provide technical guidance, develop the team, plan fiber deployment, and align goals with leadership to meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities include leading the field team, conducting safety checks, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring training and certifications are current.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Operations Management, handling large OSP/FTTH projects (aerial/underground/splicing).
• Experience in OSP FTTH network planning, rollout, build and field operations.
• Knowledge of GIS software.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to FTTH field operations team.
• Perform QC and safety inspections to ensure standards.
• Manage and update project documentation; report progress to leadership.
