Job summary
Prince Telecom LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Telecom Supervisor to oversee a team of FTTH installation technicians. The role requires leadership, scheduling coordination, and field support, with a path to growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fiber optic or cable installation experience.
- Former supervisory experience is a plus.
- Must live within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of FTTH in-home and SMB installation technicians.
- Coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of field staff.
- Coordinate scheduling; assist dispatch with daily routing and staffing.
- Identify problems and communicate solutions to the Project Manager.
- Develop procedures to improve team organization.
- Assign duties and scope of authority to technicians.
- Assist in recruitment and training efforts.
- Interface with customers to resolve complaints and damages.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
