Prince Telecom LLC in Sumner, WA seeks a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to lead a team of FTTH in-home and SMB installation technicians, coordinate scheduling, and support project management on large-scale deployments.

The role requires at least 1 year of fiber optic or cable installation experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license; this safety-sensitive position includes pre-employment marijuana testing and compliance with company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year fiber optic or cable installation experience.
• Must be able to work a very flexible schedule.
• Must have exceptional customer service experiences.
• Must be a team player.
• Valid driver's license with minimum 2 years driving experience and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of FTTH in-home and SMB installation technicians.
• Coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of field staff.
• Coordinate scheduling, assist dispatch with daily job routing and ensure adequate staffing.
• Identify problem areas and communicate solutions to the Project Manager.
• Develop procedures to better organize the team/department.
• Assign duties and scope of authority to technicians.
• Assist in recruitment and training efforts.
• Assist in warehousing and logistics support as needed.
• Establish, implement, and maintain operating standards for project reporting.
• Track employee performance, tool and vehicle assignments, and consumables.
• Perform quality control inspections and coach issues.
• Interface with customers to resolve complaints and damages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
