Job summary

ES3, LLC is hiring for a Night Shift forklift operator at our York, PA facility. You will operate a reach truck to move and stage products, track inventory with handheld devices, and support timely order fulfillment while adhering to safety standards.

The role offers paid training, weekly pay, and benefits from day one, with opportunities for career growth. Night shifts run Wednesday midnight to 6:30am and Thu-Fri-Sat 6:30pm-6:30am, with a starting wage of $19 per hour plus incentive pay during

• Experience operating material handling equipment and reach trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to move merchandise.
• Track inventory with handheld devices and software.
• Stack, rotate and replenish merchandise for timely fulfillment.
• Stage finished product and load/unload from trailers.
• Follow safety protocols and handle weights up to 60 lbs.

Job Description

Earn $19 per hour - Plus incentive pay when you graduate training!

Night Shift - Wednesday - Midnight to 6:30am; Thursday, Friday & Saturday 6:30pm - 6:30am

Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Operating a Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse
• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology
• Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment
• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Staging finished product in designated storage areas
• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers
• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment
• Experience on Reach Truck / Stand up forklift required
