Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is seeking a Forklift Operator for night shift in York, PA. Earn $19 per hour with incentive pay after training, and join a team focused on efficient warehouse operations.

Position involves operating Reach Truck, stocking, loading/unloading, and strict safety adherence in a warehouse environment. Training is paid and benefits begin with the first week of employment.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience on Reach Truck / Stand up forklift required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse.
• Accurately track inventory using a handheld computer and other technology.
• Stack and rotate merchandise by hand or using material handling equipment.
• Replenish pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Stage finished product in designated storage areas.
• Load and unload merchandise from trailers.
• Follow all safety protocols for forklift operation.
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height.

These jobs are an important part of our team and help sustain our safe and efficient daily operation.

Job Description

• Earn $19 per hour - Plus incentive pay when you graduate training!
• Night Shift - Wednesday - Midnight to 6:30am; Thursday, Friday & Saturday 6:30pm - 6:30am
• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Operating a Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse
• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology
• Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment
• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Staging finished product in designated storage areas
• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers
• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
