ES3, LLC is hiring for a Tower Loader in York, PA, a fast-paced warehouse role requiring forklift experience and safe handling of pallets. You will load full pallets into trailers, operate RF devices, inspect equipment, and maintain clean work areas while meeting training and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience operating sit-down forklift is required.
• Experience loading with forklifts and pallet jacks preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Load pallets into trailers and prevent damage.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp machines as needed.
• Inspect trailers for damage before loading and wrap pallets.
• Move quickly to avoid truck backlog and complete forms.

Position Overview

Our focus is simple but meaningful, from our distribution centers to our offices — every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families, neighbors and communities. As a Tower Loader, you will move pallets of merchandise from staging areas and load proper trailers. This is a fast-paced role, perfect for energetic individuals who are highly organized and like to stay active

Job Description

• Starting rate $19/hr with an earning potential of $25+/hr after training!
• Full Time, 3rd shift available
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday OR Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday
• 6pm start until done (overtime as required)
• Location: 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers and ensure damage is avoided.
• Utilizing forklifts, electric pallet jacks and/or clamp machines to move merchandise
• Inspecting trailers for damage before loading.
• Utilizing RF handhelds and/or voice to verify loading of pallets.
• Wrapping pallets with stretch wrap.
• Moving at a fast pace to prevent backlog of trucks and/or product
• Performing equipment inspections & completing appropriate forms
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
• Keeping work area clean
• Performing other job related duties as assigned

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools

• One or more years of experience operating a sit down forklift required
• Previous loading experience utilizing forklifts, electric pallet jack, etc.

• Ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
