Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a FTA Loader to join our distribution team in York, PA. You will load orders onto trailers, inspect equipment, and verify shipments using RF handhelds or voice headsets.

Responsibilities

• Load orders onto trailers using electric pallet jacks and manual equipment
• Inspect trailers before loading
• Verify orders with RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Secure pallets to prevent damage during transit
• Perform routine equipment inspections and document findings
• Occasionally lift varying product weights up to 60 lbs and beyond

Position Overview

As a FTA Loader, you'll be part of a productive team, tasked with loading orders onto trailers for delivery to local stores. Job Description

Earn $19 per hour + Incentive pay when you graduate training!

Full Time - 1st Shift - 7am start until done (4 - 10s)

Schedule will require at least one weekend shift

Overtime / 5th day required as needed

Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Utilizing electric pallet jacks and other equipment
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
