Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a Loader for our York, PA facility. You will move pallets, operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to load trailers, and verify loads with RF handhelds. This full-time role requires standing and lifting throughout the shift.

Starting wage is $19 per hour with potential to earn $25+ per hour after training. 1st shift runs Mon, Tue, Fri and Sat from 7:00am to 5:30pm, with comprehensive benefits, monthly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating material handling equipment such as sit-down forklift or clamp truck is preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and following standard procedures.
• Team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks to move pallets.
• Inspect trailers before loading to ensure safety and compliance.
• Verify orders using RF handhelds or voice headsets.
• Load pallets into trailers and secure them properly to prevent damages.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and complete required forms.
• Safely lift varying product weights and sizes as needed.

As a Loader, you will move pallets of merchandise from staging areas and load proper trailers. These jobs are an important part of our team and help sustain our safe and efficient daily operation.

Job Description

• Starting rate $19/hr with an earning potential of $25+/hr after training!
• Full Time, 1st shift available
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday Friday & Saturday
• 7:00am - 5:30pm
• Location: 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Utilizing forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

What is a great way to stay in shape?

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
