Job summary

Richcroft, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Weekday Awake Over Night Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include personal care, community activities, and daily living tasks during the overnight shift.

The role runs Monday through Thursday from 11pm to 9am, serving women in a supportive environment. Training opportunities and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Current driver’s license with less than 3 points on driving record.
• Must be able to transport people supported as needed.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with participation and exploration of the community.
• Cultivate and expand independent living skills.
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene, activities/outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Assist with development of meaningful and personal relationships.
• Complete required documentation (e.g., incident reports, progress notes, behavior data, fire drills).
• Administer and record medications pursuant to State and Agency requirements.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

We are seeking a Full- Time Weekday Awake Over Night Direct Support Professional (DSP)to provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.

This position is:

Monday- Thursday 11pm- 9am

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
