Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Monroe, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help deliver a Judgement Free member experience at Planet Fitness clubs. This full-time position starts at $12 per hour with a Monday–Thursday 10pm–6am schedule.

Qualifications

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests.
• Answer phones using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Respond to questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases via POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Availability: Monday - Thursday 10pm - 6am

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
