Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service at our Planet Fitness club in Greensboro, NC. The role includes member sign-ups, answering questions, and promoting fitness programs in a welcoming environment.

You will work within a team, handling POS transactions and assisting guests while ensuring a clean and safe facility. Starting hourly pay is competitive with scheduled increases based on tenure and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly, professional service.
• Ability to greet members and assist with sign-ups.
• Strong communication and problem-solving for member questions.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests, and prospects.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Schedule: Monday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
