Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, seeks a Customer Service Representative in Philadelphia. You’ll provide friendly member service, sign-ups, and log amenities to ensure a Judgement Free environment.

Growth opportunities exist as 90% of management started as entry level staff. Competitive pay with scheduled raises and shift-differential pay for select shifts, plus benefits like PTO and a 401(k) with employer match, health options, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $13 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
