Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Noblesville, IN. The role offers a starting wage of $12 per hour and two scheduled shifts: 30-hour and 40-hour options, with raises at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months thereafter.

As a member-facing team member, you will greet guests, answer phones, sign up new members, promote PF classes, process sales at the point of sale, and keep the club clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

30-hour Schedule: Every Monday - Thursday, 5 PM - 11:15 PM & Friday 3 PM - 9:15 PM

40-hour Schedule: Every Monday - Thursday 3:15 PM - 11:15 PM & Friday 1 PM - 9:15 PM

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
