Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Ohio (Canal Winchester) is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members, guests and prospective members with a friendly, professional approach.

The role features starting pay at $12 per hour with scheduled shifts 2pm-10pm, Monday through Friday, and regular pay increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
