Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Parkesburg club to greet members, answer inquiries, sign up new members, and process purchases. You’ll help maintain a clean, friendly environment and support a Judgement Free fitness experience.

Starting at $12 per hour with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year, plus benefits like PTO, health options, and a 401K match.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
