Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our Planet Fitness club network. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes responding to questions professionally, promoting fitness classes, and handling sales transactions to support member satisfaction and club success.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/fitness environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Schedules Hiring For

M - F / 6am - 2pm (4:45am on Mondays)

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
