Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Planet Fitness team in Ohio. You will deliver friendly, helpful service to members and guests, greet and sign up new members, process purchases at the POS, and promote fitness classes while maintaining a clean, safe club environment.

The position offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 4:45am-12:45pm, 40 hours) with hourly pay starting at $12–$13 and scheduled increases at set anniversaries.

Qualifications

• Provide superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to our active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Monday-Friday 4:45am-12:45pm 40 hours

Full - Time: Starting at 4:45am-6am $13 per hour 6am-12:45pm $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
