Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Anderson, IN is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver a premier, Judgement Free experience for Planet Fitness members and guests. You will answer phones, greet members, assist with sign-ups, tours, and amenities logs while upholding our service standards.

Starting pay is $12 per hour with planned increases at 180 days, 1 year and every six months after the first year.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
