Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Monroe, NC. Starting wage is $12 per hour with availability Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-10:00pm and Friday 1:15pm-9:15pm.

You will greet members, process sign-ups, answer calls, log amenities, and promote fitness classes. Benefits include PTO, health options, 401K, Life/Disability coverage, and a free employee Black Card membership.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
