Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Brook Park, OH is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a full-time position starting at $12 per hour with scheduled hours: Mon 4:45 am–12:45 pm, Tue–Fri 6:00 am–2:00 pm.

Hourly increases occur at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months after the first year. We serve millions of members and offer a Judgement Free fitness experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full-Time: Starting at $12 per hour. Schedule: Monday – 4:45 am to 12:45 pm, Tuesday – Friday – 6 am to 2 pm.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
