Job summary

Planet Fitness in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time role. You will support members and guests, answer phones, greet and sign up new members, and log amenities while upholding a Judgement Free environment.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, must be 18+, and basic computer skills. Starting pay is $12 per hour with raises at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months thereafter.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Monday-Thursday 3:15pm-11:15pm Friday 3:15pm-9:15pm

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
