Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer calls, and process sign-ups at our Woodstock gym. You will promote fitness programs, log amenities, and maintain a clean, safe club environment while working early morning shifts (Mon-Wed 5am-11am, Thu-Fri 5am-1pm) for 34 hours per week, with hourly pay starting at $15.

Qualifications

• Provide superior customer service to gym members and guests.
• Greet, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to questions professionally and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members and tour new members, logging amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
