Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the Plymouth Meeting – Conshohocken area in PA. This part-time role starts at $11 per hour with a second shift schedule: Friday 1PM–5PM and Saturdays Sundays 1PM–5PM.

You will provide superior service to members and guests, greet and sign up new members, answer phones, log amenities, and process POS purchases. You’ll also promote PF classes and keep the club clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency to operate POS and member systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
