Job summary

National Fitness Partners, a Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Trevose, PA. The role focuses on delivering a superior, judgement-free member experience, greeting and signing up members, and promoting fitness classes in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring a judgement-free experience.
• Answer phones using information script in a friendly manner.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Location: L010 Trevose - Trevose, PA. Salary Range: Undisclosed. Full - Time. Starting at $12 per hour. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift.
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.
