Planet Fitness Kernersville is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide a superior member experience. This full-time position starts at $12 per hour and follows a schedule of Mon-Thu 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Fri 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Hourly increases occur at 180 days, 1 year and every six months thereafter, based on your anniversary date. The role includes PTO, health options, Life Insurance, 401K with employer match up to 4%, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and proficient with basic computer use.

• Greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and newcomers.
• Keep club environment clean, sanitized, and safe.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
