Job summary

Planet Fitness in Broomall, PA is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior, friendly member experience. You will answer phones, greet and sign up members, log amenities, and promote fitness classes while maintaining a clean club environment.

Starting at $11.00 per hour with scheduled increases after 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. PTO, shift-differential Pay for select shifts, and an Employee Assistance Program are offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests to ensure a Judgement Free experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling


• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.


• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift


• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift


• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
