National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time role in Pennsylvania. The position offers entry-level growth and a competitive schedule with pay progression based on tenure.

Responsibilities include greeting members, answering inquiries, processing purchases at the POS, and promoting fitness classes while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests and prospective members
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to current and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Job Details: Job Location: L045 Limerick - Royersford, PA 19468, Job Shift: Any, Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule is as follows: Monday-Friday, 4:45am-1pm, Monday-Thursday 3pm-11pm, Friday 1pm-9pm

Saturday-Sunday,6:45am-1pm and 1pm-7pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
