Job summary

Planet Fitness in Kernersville, NC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, and process sign-ups. You will work primarily in the club, with scheduling on evenings and weekends, and you can expect tiered hourly increases after 180 days, 1 year, and every six months after the first year.

The role emphasizes a friendly, helpful attitude and a clean, welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Details: Job Location: L041 Kernersville - Kernersville, NC 27284, Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour.

Possible Shifts: Monday-Thursday 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Friday-Sunday 6:45 AM - 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM 7:00 PM.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
