Job summary

Westrock Coffee seeks a FSQA Process Improvement Supervisor to advance the company’s digital quality ecosystem by configuring and optimizing enterprise QMS and manufacturing digital platforms. You will transform quality requirements into scalable digital workflows, automated processes, and data-driven tools that strengthen compliance and visibility across the network.

Collaborating with Operations, FSQA, IT, Engineering, and Product Development, you will lead the creation of automated workflows,

Qualifications

• BA/BS required, prefer science discipline.
• Two to five years QA related experience preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with Digital Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Exposure to manufacturing execution or enterprise business systems.
• Experience in workflow development and process automation.
• Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Cross-functional project leadership and system implementation.
• Continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• ISO background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, configuration, and continuous improvement of enterprise QMS and other digital platforms.
• Develop automated workflows and digital processes to improve food safety and quality.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards, reporting, and data analytics for operations and executives.
• Collaborate with Operations, FSQA, IT, Engineering, and Product Development to translate requirements into digital solutions.
• Support system implementation, user testing, training, and ongoing enhancement of digital quality systems.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and standardization across the organization.
